The April 28 Canadian Experience Class draw issued 2,000 invitations at a CRS cut-off of 514, continuing a consistent CEC trend of cut-offs between 507–515 since February 2026.
IRCC launched public consultations on April 23, 2026 seeking feedback on proposed changes to Express Entry and the CRS system, open until May 24, 2026.
What You Should Do
- Check your current CRS score against the latest cut-offs at canada.ca/express-entry to see if you qualify for upcoming CEC draws (target: 507–515) or French draws (target: 393–419).
- If you are French-speaking, prioritize submitting or updating your Express Entry profile before the next French draw — recent draws had cut-offs as low as 393.
- Submit feedback on IRCC's proposed Express Entry and CRS reforms via the official IRCC consultation portal before the May 24, 2026 deadline.
- If you hold a Provincial Nominee Program nomination, verify your Express Entry profile is active — recent PNP draws required CRS scores of 786–802, so confirm your nomination points are reflected correctly in your profile.
